Immigration Court Notice Explained

Immigration court notices come from EOIR. They tell you when and where to appear. Missing a hearing can result in a removal order, even if you were not there.

Always confirm:

  • The exact date and time of your hearing.
  • The court address and room number.
  • Whether it is in person or by video.
  • What documents to bring.

Arrive early. Bring all documents and an interpreter if you need one.
